Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My boyfriend and I have a 6 month old daughter. We have not been getting along for a while and I want to break it off w/him. However, he threatens me and says if I try to leave, he will take our daughter away from me and if he ever finds out I'm seeing anyone, he will come after us. We live in PA and I want to take my daughter and go back home to NY, where my family is. Can I do this?

If you leave PA to another state without his permission, he could file for an emergency order for the child to be returned to PA. You have several legal options. Please contact me if you wish to discuss them.
