Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Changing a will and power of attorney

My brother in law is dying and two weeks ago his brother had the will changed removing the distribution of funds from my sister in law and nephew to another person and also had him signed on as power of attorney. Is this legal?

Is it what your brother in law intended?

Is your brother in law capable of making life decisions?

Good luck to you.

You asked about other person's wills and inheritance.

It sounds to me as if it is none of your business.

If the people involved want to seek advice then they should do so. But as you have nothing to gain or lose from this matter perhaps you should not waste time by posting questions to which you do not need an answer.
