Re: Child Custody

Is there a a present custody Order? If not you can file yourself to establish one. If there is an order then he would have to file to Modify the current Order. if there is not one he can file for custody. You should immediately schedule a consult with an attorney to go over your situation. You indicate you have not been able to get support for nine years. Did you ever establish a support Order that he is not paying? Did you never establish a court Order but did file an action? All this may be relevant again discuss this with an attoreny. If you are located any where near Bucks County yo may want to contact my office to schedule a consultation.
