Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, I have my daughter every weekend and pay for daycare which was 240 a month until I started up school full time. Now i can only pay her 160 a month. I can barely get that much. How much will they make me pay for child support?

I am not sure if I fully understand your question but I will try to answer it. Child support is calculated by analyzing the combined family monthly net income based upon each parent's net earning capacity. That figure is the basis for a pro rata obligation to support the child. In addition, day care expense is added to that if it is necessary for the child's best interests or to allow the parent to achieve the earning capacity. I would need actual hard numbers to calculate the support payment. Please feel free to contact my office at 610-279-4300 to discuss this further.
