Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I had my daughter's name put on the deed to my property . She is presently seeking a divorce. Where does that leave my property with the divorce pending and/or is he entitled to any of my property because her name is on the deed?

Possibly was she married when you added her nam to the deed.. To determine how deep the tapioca you're in you need to talk to a lawyer. You do'y give enough information to assess the damage.

Question who told you it was a good idea to add your daughter's name to the deed? Why was it a good idea?

Yes I do free phone consults so call.
