Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My Ex and I disagree on who should pay real estate tax and property maintenance costs for joint property during our separation. I reside in the house and pay all mortgage, maintenance and re taxes. For equitable distribution, I believe I should be reimbursed for 1/2 the tax and maintenance costs paid during our separation, and should be responsible for all of mortgage. Ex believes I am responsible for all, mortgage, taxes and maintenance. Is there case law to support my position? Is there law to support her position?

Whoever is living in the house is responsible for the mortgage, maintenance and taxes post separation. That is pursuant to the PA Support Guidelines. Depending on the amount of the mortgage, he might have to contribute to it, depending on your respective incomes in a support case-what is called a mortgage deviation.
