Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I sent my estranged spouse divorce papers via certified mail but knowing they were expected, he refuses to sign for them and accept delivery. I've only got thirty days to make this happen since I filed all of this on my own. What can I do now that he refuses to sign for them?

First even if the thirty days pass you can get the papers reissued for another 30 days. Assuming your soon to be ex lives in the Commonwealth you can either have the sheriff serve him or a constable or you can hire a process server. They all cost money but they do work.
