Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-husband filed court documents to lower child support payments in his home state of MD. The children and I haved lived in PA for ten years. Can I have the hearing moved to my home state? Would I contact a MD or PA attorney to handle that transfer paper work?

The jurisdiction for determining support should be Pennsylvania. You can make that happen by filing to have the case moved to Pennsylvania.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
