Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-wife decided to hold my son from me when we have a court ordered cutody agreement she is telling me i am not allowed to have my son until we go back to court, all because she does not like my girlfriend. Now what do i do ? what can be done about this because this isnt the first time she has held him from me.

You need to file a contempt petition against Mom. The court can impose several penalties on mom including assessing her your attorney's fees, sanction her up to $500 and/or put her in jail for 6 months.
