Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My fiancee has a court ordered 50/50 shared custody of his son, during the summer its 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off between the two households during school week on week off, no child support. Is it legal for her to tell him that he needs to sign a paper at a notary saying that he lied about a pfa and that he will never use his social security on his tax return every year and that hell agree to pay for her after school program that she chooses to send him to after school during her week? She said if he doesn't she is taking him for child support

First this is your fiancee case not yours. He need to take action not you.

Sure she ca tell him do anything but it doesn't he should.

If he doesn't use his SSN on his tax return whose is supposed to use?

He need to talk to an attorney.
