Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My girlfriend has two kids, the father is supposed to pay child support, but has not sent anything in. He is like 8 months late on his payments. She is contacting child support about the situation. What can happen to him for not paying?

For not paying child support, he can be put in jail, have his drivers license taken away, in addition to having his bank accounts frozen and his tax refunds intercepted. The domestic relations office in the county she lives in should be enforcing the child support order on the father. They can hold him in contempt and make sure he tries his best to pay the child support.
