Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hello

My husband left and moved to another state.. I have no clue Of his Address. I asked And he gives me a hard time about, he wont tell me. He uses My address for certain mail I haven't seen him in almost 7 months. Our relationship is horrible. he treats me bad i fill like he has used me. He is a immigrant with a 2 year green card. I'm young he is 9 years older than man and it seems like he took advantage. he hasn't worn his wedding ring in about 7 months because he left it here at my house and never came back for it. we don't talk often but when we do we argue I am struggling really bad with rent and house hold expenses and all he does is put $50 in an joint account we have once weekly. I constantly tell him that's not enough. he's out buying new cars and has great car insurance but i have a old car with no insurance. i know i'm young but i know that something is not right with this. I don't want to be married to this man anymore. I told him I want a divorce and he told me if I divorce him there will be consequences. What does that mean? I'm scared to divorce him because I don't know what he will try to do to me or say to immigration about me divorcing him. It's like he's saying if I get deported you go to jail.. Why should i go to jail if i dont wanna be with him anymore. I'm Scared. I don't want anything from him I just want him out of my life. it seems as if he lied to make me believe he loved me just to get a green card. he will soon need me again to go back with him for his ten year card. I plan on not going with him if I don't show up what will happen. what can I do about this whole situation? What are my rights?

I would suggest you schedule an appointment with an attorney. Your case is complicated by the immigrant status of your husband. there are many other issues and facts which complicate your matter.
