My husband and I are getting a divorce. He doesn't want custody of our two children he just wants occasional visitation. If we agree to that and we have papers drawn up will a judge change the agreement

Only if there is some reason that what you agreed to is not legal. If you have a lawyer draw up the documents it's unlikely that the Judge will change the substance of the agreement. Judges like to see that the parties have reached an agreement.
