Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband filed for divorce in pa - I now live in Long Island NY ,our minor child -son , age 16 - lives with his dad -primary custody - we have shared custody - my son has been hospitalized & now seeing specialists - my son refuses & my husband agrees - that because of the privacy law - he doesn't want me to know the name or the phone # for this specialist - what can i do ? My son won't have contact with me either - I've only seen him 4 times in one year - thank you

Shared legal custody means you have a right to information about and can decide with the other parent important life decision including medical treatment. If the other parent refuses to disclose you can file a petition for contempt of custody.
