Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hello,

I'm having an issue. My daughter is 3 years old. Her father threatened me into a custody mediation, and was granted shared custody. He has told me a million times what my rights are & arent. One being that I am not permitted to take her out of state without his permisson. This weekend he is taking her without my permission to Ocean City Maryland. There are severe wave warnings & I do not trust him to care for her properly because he's also an achololic. I fear he will be drinking with her in his care as he has many times. This is a 4 hour drive from Pennsylvania where we live & I don't feel comfortable with this dicison. Any advice is appreciated as I don't know who to turn to.

John Davidson Law Office of John A. Davidson

You need to get a lawyer and stand up to him. You have to co-parent your child for another 15 years, You need to stand up to him. Unless he's a Common Pleas Judge in York County he can't tell you anything.
