Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have legal and physical custody of my kids. Can I move out of the county but in the same state 66 miles away. I am in PA.

Before the new custody law a lot of custody orders required notification if you were moving more than 50 miles away. Now to make such a move you have to notify the other parent and get their consent. I would suspect that such a move might make it more difficult for the other parent to exercise their partial custody rights and they could get an order keeping you from moving.
