Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My for month old daughters father is a married Dentist who has owned his practice for over 30yrs. I worked for him for some time and therefore am aware of how much monies come in the office on a daily bases. We have gone to PA child Support court over four times and he refuses to provide financial documents. Always giving the excuse that his accountant didnt have the docs. ready. He then told the judge that his income is $4100.00 a month. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he makes more than that in a day, and hide at least $500.00 cash a day in his personal accounts and doesnt report it as income or notes cash paying patients files of treatments provided."So theres no record." He offered $625.00 a month which I declined. What could I do to get the courts to audit his records or make a temporary order for more than $625. a month until he provide the proper docs. So far the only thing the courts have done is reschedule giving him more time to provide the docs. We've rescheduled Four times already and he never shows up with paperwork. "And did I meantion that his attorney worked in the Child Support office for years and is friends with most of the staff, and , And his sister in law is a Judge for the Domestic Relations Courts!!!!

Sounds like you need a lawyer. Somebody need to file a motion to compel and get

I also know some people who will get the financial information out him and they have absolutely no sense of humor. And you could even get money for your troubles however they will withhold taxes out of your reward.

His sister in law would have to recuse herself she clearly can't hear the case.
