Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I want to move to another state with my 6 year old (Pennsylvania to ohio) but I'm afraid her father may fight me about it. We have no custody agreement and him and I were never married. Can he do anything or be able to take her from me?

Yes he can. First he could file a custody action in Pennsylvania even after you move. You need to file first. As part of fiiling you give notice of you relocatoin. He can consent or you go to court.
