Moving out

My husband kicked me out in august 2000,i came back home,he kicked me out again two days ago,if i leave do i lose everything?

You will not lose everything. You are entitled to to an equitable distribution of the marital assets that were accumulated during the marriage. You may even be entitled to spousal support for a pereiod of time. You should contact an attorney to discuss your legal remedies.

I am not clear what you mean, you do not lose your rights over the marital property.
