Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am moving out of state. Relocating myself and my child. Father has opposed before and threatened court. However this time he is willing to sign a document that says he does not oppose to this move. Will a notarized typed up document such like this be enough to avoid him changing his mind out of anger and having the court turn me back? Would it be considered a valid legal document if any issues arise? If not, How can I legalize such a document?

No you have to petition the court. Once you do he can either sign the appropriate consent form or he can ask for a hearing. There is no do-it-yourself relocation in Pennsylvania.
