Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

the office of children, youth and family here in pennsylvania have put me on the child abuse Registry for admitting to having a beer with my 16 year old son over the holidays; they want to drug test my son-Can he refuse this test.

Yes but there will be fallout from that decision won't be good. That said you need a real flesh and blood lawyer.
