Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Do I have to pay child support if we agree in the custody order for neither of us to file for child support. we have 50/50 custody and I am going to pay for my daughters private school education

Child support is owed to the child. So yes the other parent may file for child support whether or not there are any agreements in place no to do so.
