Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am planning on moving to a different state and need permission to move because I have a son with my ex. He hasn't been involved with our son, seeing him once a month and not supporting our child financially. Now that his father knows I'm getting ready to move and go to court, he's trying to be responsible and be involved. What would you suggest I do about court?

First you have to file a notice of relocation., Then dad will have a chance to agree and allow the move or he can oppose the move and ask for a hearing. The hearing will determine if you are allowed to move the children.
