Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I posted a question and same day I got 2 answers, for what I thankful. But,

I didn't give enough info, so my question still needs Your advise... We are Legally Separated. By Court Order my husband must pay directly to me, Spousal Support in the amount of $1000/mo. indefinitely. After awhile he stopped paying, I tried to find him, but he is "under radar" - nowhere to be found. He is 65, retired; while worked his salary was around $300K/year. I am 56; became disabled few years ago. SSD $690 and SSI $60. In the case that he can not be found, can the Court to order to collect past payments from his retirement? How do I do that?

Thank you.

If you're in Pennsylvania you are not legally separated. There is no such thing at least in Pennsylvania.Now New York has legal separation not Pennsylvania,

First you have to find him. That could cost anywhere from $11 and up, If you don't find him you can't haul him into court if you haven't done that then you can't get a court order.

Another possibility is to just collect Social Security retirement based on his earning assuming you've reached retirement age and .have been married 10 years. Then he can be under a rock for all you care. The Social Security Administration is easy to find. Just difficult to deal with,

{John}
