Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hi I have a question in regards to suing my almost ex wife. I have a five year old daughter and I had a DNA test done without my exwife knowing and it turns out that my daughter truly is not mine. I gave up so much and many different job opportunities plus paying all the child support and I want to know my options if I can recover any of that money and that if I do not want to pay 700 dollars a month in child support for somebody else financial responsibility does that mean the child will be taken away from me.

We need to talk. Unfortunately, the law in PA is not favorable to Husbands whose Wives may have gotten pregnant outside the marriage, but there may be other options we can discuss.

Feel free to respond direct to [email protected] with as much detail as you think I'd need to make a full assessment, or call the office at 215 592 0033 to set up an appointment time.
