Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I received a custody "recommendation" from the "special master" that handles custody in my PA custody matter. My lawyer filed exceptions within the time frame allowed but our hearing is not until the end of July.

My lawyer also objected to the immediate implementation of the interim order pending further court hearing on the matter pursuant to Local Rule 5.08(d).

My lawyer stated that this means that the older order, not the new recommendations rules during the interim until the hearing. My ex does not have a lawyer, where can I get a copy of the Local Rule 5.08(d) so I can give a copy to my ex since he does not believe my lawyer or me.

Local rules are by county but according to what I Googled Local Rule 5.08(d). and I got as a local rule for Columbia Montour Counties that seemed to match what you stated, The rule I saw was in the Pennsylvania Bulletin so it's real. Just Google the rule/

Why didn't your lawyer get you a copy? Took me all of 30 seconds.
