Restraining Order

If a female obtains a temporary restraining order and then fails to appear at the hearing, what would happen to the case at that point?

If the woman does not appear at the hearing the Judge should dismiss the restraining order that was issued on a temporary basis. Suggest you consult with legal counsel to review the full facts. There may be circumstances that the order may be continued.
