Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have been separated from my wife for four, almost five years. The divorce has been finalized for one year. She left on her own. She had paperwork from a lawyer to sign the deed over to me, no money asked. We have a child which I have custody of, and have custody papers filed. She now wants to see a lawyer to find out if she has any right to the money from my house which she lived in for 6 years. Does she have any rights to any money?
