Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My step father died recently. My brother and I - both step-children - are the only children. Do we inherit the property and do my stepfather's siblings have any rights or claims?

If your stepfather did not leave a will and he had never legally adopted you, or your sibling, then the only individuals who can legally inherit anything from your late stepfather are his "heirs at law" which are your stepfather's siblings,
