Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Stopping Visitation

I am trying to find out if my 16 years old daughter is aloud to stop visiting with her grandmother. She does not want to go to her house anymore, but her grandmother insists she has to go. Is there any other way besides going back to court to stop the visitations? Or is she old enough to decide whether or not she wants to go. Need answers soon

Re: Stopping Visitation

Is their some type of court order allowing visitation. Your question does not mjention this. There is no law that a grandmother has to see a granddaughter unless there is a custody issue.

If you provide more information I can provide you a better explanation.
