my visitaions
i have had weekend visitations with my daughter since she was six months old and now my ex wants to make it ever other weekend can she do this? my custody agreeement now states that im to have phone contact with my daughter and i have been unable to do that since april her mother had the phone shut off also mydaughter is in school and i went to sent how she is doing in school and i was told i cant cause my name is not on anything of my daughter alexis. her mother is always on my back and i want her off and to stop trying to bull me and take my daughter away

If there is an order she will have to petition the court to change the order.

Again if there is an order that she is not following then she is in contempt.

To protect your rights you will have to file a petition with the court that made the custody order.
