Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, Six years ago my daughters mother was moved to Alaska on probation, during her pregnancy and was to finish high school and return to Pennsylvania. She never did so nor Sent the paper for my name to be on the birth certificate. Every six months I send her message after message and she tells me,"She's Happy And The Baby Is Happy LEAVE THEM ALONE". I justy want to see my daughter after 5 years. Please help me! She want to tell my daughter I'm DEAD!

If the child has been in Alaska for the past six years, you will need to retain a lawyer in that state and file a custody action there.
