Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

I was injured on the job, my employer/insuraance carrier are contesting my claim. I just had another surgery Feb of this year and was release by my docotor to return to work a couple weeks ago at 4 hours a day and no lifting over 20 lbs. My employer met with me after making me come in three times and wait. The Present of the company and former CEO and the New CEO met with me. The Present told me that they didn't know if I was coming back so he signed a contract with a tech company and didn't want to change back to in-house. They also said they were concern about protecting the company in-case I might get hurt again. I gave my employer the out of work slip from the surgeon that stated I'd be back to work in three months from the date of the surgery. The present basically said they don't have a job for me because they gave my job away to the tech company. When I announced that I could return to work via email, my employer sent me an FMLA letter and form stating my FMLA time started that day. They didn't have me fill out anything before I left. Is there any case with FMLA, EEOC, ADA or any other employment law that they violated.
