Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

How to bluff & settle out of court with large company.

I have a case in both lender liability and misrepresentation

I don't have the financial means to go after the bank but I do have a strategy. Essentially, they insisted that my company banks with them, in order for us to get their work, or a portion. They broke their promise on the banking end AND on the other end, promised and never gave us any work. They used us and it cost us big time and they know this. It goes deeper but just believe when I say I have a case. The monetary damages alone are $3million+. I have a professional writer telling my story. I am thinking Book, Artical, Websites, Radio, etc to tell my story WITH banks name. It is 100% true and this is a big achille's heel for the bank. I am thinking of starting by sending the CEO my plan. Any thoughts? I have to do something and will not let this go. Any suggestions? Thank you

You can try your "blitz" attack to force the company to settle, but large banks are threatened every day, so you may not succeed. If you have a lawyer represent you, they will probably take your settlement efforts more seriously. Please contact us if we can be of any assistance.
