Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

borrowing and not giving back

I let a friend borrow my baby items and she said i would get them back when her baby was done with them. well that didnt happen she moved and left my things there, said she would replace them or give me the money for them in an e-mail. and then later said just sue me i dont care. i cant get my things back now so i would like the money for them. i dont have receipts for these things but she was there when some were bought. do i have a chance retreiving money for them without a receipt? i have takin her to court and she got a laywer when she was in the wrong. also can i use the e-mails that she wrote having to do with my baby items? please help me thank you.
