Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

A particular company named Lyft ride continues to send my wife emails in the form of receipts for services. However we have never used this service. Its getting a little ridiculous as she's gotten 4 emails just today. She sent an email letting them know she was being emailed receipts and that it was becoming a nuscance. She asked them to stop. They replied by apologizing and telling her to 'unsubscribe' from communications the next time she gets an email. We explained that we aren't receiving communications, but receipts complete with someone else's credit card number and a picture of the service provider. There is no ' unsubscribe' option. We asked them to stop and have received 4 since then. Can we file a complaint ?
