Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
My daughter is 15 and has money from an accident and when she was young the judge put it for 18 to com out. Can she take it out early as she wants to. Can we override his decision since she is older.

No. The only exception would be if there was an order of court. Why does she want to take it out? Read the court order.
