Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

driveway responsibility

I responded to an ad for a dog igloo for sale on craigslist. I went to the house to look at the dog igloo. Apparently my truck leaked some sort of fluid on the driveway (I did not know there was anything wrong with the truck) and the people say they can't make the stains go away. Am I legally responsible for the cost of resurfacing the driveway if they decide to resurface it to cover the stains?

Re: driveway responsibility

I doubt that a Court would hold you responsible for resurfacing the entire driveway. You may be responsible for cleaning it, though.
