foul language in public

General question on what laws or statutes cover individauls from foul or profane language in public, specifically from say, cashiers, clerks, store employees, etc. This is audible conservsations between store employees.

What is "foul" or "profane????" It depends on the words, and moreso, on how the words are used. Actually what you should do is complain to the store owner/manager.
