Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My girlfriend at the time and I bought a car with cash through a joint bank account in 3/2011. The title is in my name only. What are the chances of her being able to get money back out of the car at this point.

Lots of facts just none that help answer your question. The facts that would help are what is the make and model of the car. Also how old is it How many miles are on it. What did the car cost when she bought it. With all that you could find out what it's currently worth by going to a site like Kelly blue book. KBB,com
