Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

The issue started with a facebook post of a girl who I worked with. She had a picture of herself I added a wtf to it as I wasn't stunned by her age being 37 when she acts and looks much younger

She took offense and assumes I was attempting to defame her. I took the photo down after i was told of her issue.

Now her car was vandalized and she accusation me. The police are reviewing the footage as it happened in a store parking lot. When they realize it was not me, am i able to sue for libel as it was written false defamation? And would she have any case about the photo posted
