Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

A loan

I volunteer for a cat rescue. A person adopted two cats but only had one carrier. I lent her mine telling her to bring it back to the store. She said she would. 3 months and many phone calls later, she still has not returned it and now is not returning my calls. Is there anything I can do? I am also worried about the cats as well. Thank you.

There's not a whole lot that you can do except to keep trying to reach her.
