Sex Abuse recalled
In 2000 I had recalled a sex abuse from my past. This occured in PA. I now live in NE and the abuser in MI. What are the statue of limitatons in each state. Which stae if possible would be the best to pursue a lawsuit?

The statute of limitations in PA is two years from discovery (argument could be made it is 2 years from the time you recalled). If you are a minor, it's two years from your 18th birthday. Unless you're under 20, your statute of limitations in PA has expired.
