Hi I filed the petition I-130 for my son when he was 17 it was approved but I didn't file the I-485 he is now 19 and over stayed his time in the US I am about to file my citizenship this year will it be a problem for me to file for him Thanks

Yes, I suggest filing for your as soon as you get your US citizenship and before your son turns 21 years of age.
