Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

Hi.Thanks for all the immigration updates and guidance.

I have a question.

I am on h1b since 2004 ( 11 years). I have i-485 pending( eb-3 india). Have ead card based on pending 485-never used it.

I might loose my job . My wife is on h1b ( her i-140 is approved.).

Can I apply for h4 and get ead based on her h1 and approved 1-140.

Can I apply for h4 to h1 once i find an h1b sponsoring employer.
