employer changes pay at will

i'm a service writer at a car dealer ship. i was paid we,ll say 200.00 base then 100./200./300. on certain no. of sales made of sevral different items ,and was looking at making 65k to 70k per year. now my employer changed my pay plan to be be baised on cust serv idex which i cannot not directly control, hours billed per vech, which i cannot get verifiacation, and effectitive labor rate, which icannot access (relialably). these 3 items are on sliding scales now baised o total shop shop production, not my sole production

And your question is is that legal? Do you have a written emplyment agreement that states you are to be compensated in a certain fashion? If not, although perhaps not nice, I think it legal.
