Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

How can I find a employment attorney in Philadelphia PA, USA?

My new Director asked me to find another job; since he feel younger one is cheaper. I am only 50 years old and work for the company for 3+ years. I have received good reviews and been promoted to manager lever. The conversation is one on one in his office, so there is no witness. I documented it and tell two of my closed co-workers right away. One of them will testify for me and the other one will not. HR director and manager threaten me that they will tell any sister companies (this company has more than 100 small companies) that I am not fit for the manager position to block me back to JnJ; since I file complain to PHRA. How can I find an employment attorney in Philadelphia PA, USA? How do I know he or her is a good one? How much a good labor attorney will cost me? (I don't have a lot of money!) Any one you can recommend? Any suggestion?

Now company willing gives me 3 months salary to exchange signed waver form, so that I will not take any legal action to against them. How can I prevent them to STAMP on my file and give me a bad reference? I need an attorney to review and edit the waver form. How much a good labor attorney will cost me in this case? Thank you in advance.

it sounds like you may hav a potential age discrimination case and perhaps a retaliation claim. I am not quite clear of all your facts. You indicated you filed a claim with the PHRC I assume this was crossfiled with the eeoc. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible.

Many attorneys may take a claim such as yours on a contingent fee basis. if you would like a free consultation you may contact my office.

This sounds like a potential case of age discrimination. We handle all employment discrimination cases on a contingent fee basis, which means there is no fee unless you recover. Feel free to call our offices or e-mail me and I will send you a short questionnaire that will help me gauge how much you are entitled to recover.
