I want specific reasons so i can improve upon them. Do i have the right to know those reasons. If so where can i find this law?

No. An employer is not required to tell you the specific reasons. Most employers will tell you the real reason. If you believe the real reason for your not being hired is not because of the job qualifications but of some other reason you might want to see an attorney or file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. At that point you will know in detail the employer's reasons for not hiring you. You have only 180 days from the the time you were told you were not going to be hired to file a complaint.
