Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

My 19 Year old Daughter

She moved out and moved in with her boyfriend and has been sharing expenses for about 3 months now, she now has a chance to move to Florida and her boyfriend stats that if she leaves he will take her to court to cover the expenses, mind you her name is NOT on any lease, utility bill and prior to her moving in, he was living and paying for everything himself.

Re: My 19 Year old Daughter

Under PA law he can sue her. The real question is can he prevail? Without some writing that says she is responsible I don't see how.

I am assuming here he lived in the apartment before she arrived.

Further, if she moves to Florida how does a DJ in Pennsylvania have personal jurisdiction over your daughter?
