Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

asking an adult child to leave our home
My son, age 26, has moved from Florida to our 2nd home in Pa. to start over. He came 8-4-06. He pays No Rent, is suppose to pay $75 per week for the fuel and elec. bills. To date he has only given us 300.00 (today is 10-26-06). The house is filthy inside, rugs are dirty, garbage left in the kitchen, floors are now stained with pet food etc and there is DOG poop all over my upper deck. I have asked him to vacate. He tells me I have to give him 30 days notice. Is this correct??????

I sure hope not. He is only working 3 days her week delivering pizza......

yes, you need to give him 30 days notice
